All over the shop with these. I was trying to find an alternative to using sable brushes so I’ve been experimenting with a #2 Pro Arte Prolene 101. Held a nice point but there seemed to be no ink in it. More experimentation required. In the end I used everything on this.

The dots I put in the background have become a real pain. It took me a while to get it all to work when scaled down on the web without getting interference patterns but now I can’t easily rescale for printouts. Never again — possibly.

Although this is all pretty much brush work I’m getting really eager to try a new style but I’m sort of committed to completing Richard and Julie’s story in a consistent look. I’ll have to wait.

Had a real disaster on this one so I had to redraw one of the heads and paste it back in on the computer. Manga Studio saved the day.
